1 cup all purpose flour, Baking Powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup powder sugar and 1/2 cup vanilla custard powder(optional). Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Now in another bowl mix well 2 egg, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of melted butter or vegetable oil.
Now mix both the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together.
Now put a cooker in medium flame and pour 300 grms of salt in the bottom of it. Remove the whistle and the rubber of the lid.
Grease a baking tin with butter and place a butter paper in it. I have cut the butter paper as per the shape of the tin button. Sprinkle some flour over it for the easy take out after its done.
Spread the chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios, tutti fruity, chocolate chips) over the cake batter.
Now pour the cake batter in your ready tin. Place it in the cooker and close the lid without the whistle. Let it bake over your gas stove for 25 – 30 minutes. Off the flame and let it cool. Check the cake with a tooth pick if it’s completely done.
Make sure that your cake batter is half of the tin because it will rise.
